Corrections are the most useful mail we get. If a dialog moved, a command changed, or a step no longer matches what Windows shows you, tell us which page and what you saw.
Good reasons to write
- A procedure that no longer matches the current Windows build.
- A broken or redirected link.
- A Windows SSH, SFTP or Telnet topic that is missing here.
- A factual error about how a program behaves.
What we cannot help with
We do not provide support for third-party software. Bugs, license questions and account problems belong with the vendor that publishes the program. Please also do not send credentials, private keys, or internal network details — we have no use for them and no wish to hold them.

Use the address published on your account with this site's operator, or write to the postal contact your invoice or registration record lists. We have not yet published a public mailbox on this page; if you need one added, that is itself worth telling us.
